What will food look like in the future? What crops will farmers be growing?
Join us to explore the future of food where you’ll meet technicians, scientists, and even chefs that are tackling these questions against the challenges we face. You’ll get to find out what a planetary diet is; how to use human waste to fertilise crops; and how scientists, farmers and communities are working together to grow healthy, affordable and nutritious food, fit for the future.
There'll be tastings too....
