Did you know your pet has an environmental pawprint? Pet treatments for fleas and ticks can have toxic effects on wildlife if they get into ponds or rivers. Work with scientists to test water samples and find out how we can use pet treatments more safely, and what alternatives there are.
Meet vets, ecologists and water experts from Imperial College London’s PREPP (Producing Rational Evidence for Parasiticide Prescription) team to find out more, including information on more sustainable pet foods.
Play interactive games to discover how the owners of Britain’s 22 million dogs and cats can minimise their furry friends’ eco and climate pawprints.
