From our organs to our limbs, and everything in between, journey through the body to explore all of the marvellous elements, big and small, that make up us!

Head to our Brilliant Bodies Zone to take a look inside yourself, discovering all things fleshy and learning how our bodies contribute to our overall health. Start by tuning into your body's innate ability to sense its movement, location and actions before entering our immersive installation to test how perceptive your body is against other members of the public.

Next, celebrate the incredible feats of the human body and the full ‘life cycle’ of changes it goes through before learning how ultrasound is used to help us all flourish throughout pregnancy. Then, zoom in on one of the smallest elements of our bodies: cells! Create a sonnet, couplet or rhyme with a cellular twist in our poetry workshop before reading inspiring stories from invisible warriors living with sickle cell disease.

If that's not enough to blow your mind: solve puzzles and play memory games showcasing how quickly our brains make connections before creating beautiful brain synapse drip paintings. Finally, lumbar up as you build spines out of clay before finishing with matters of the heart as you contribute to a giant heartbeat installation illustrating the importance of heart health.
